Lush and Boots Haul
After having a wonderful lunch with friends at Oxford Street last week, I popped into the Lush branch to replenish some empties. My first time at their flagship store and it was just as magical as I expected! Think Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, but with bath bombs.
The Lush Fairly Traded Honey Shampoo is described as Nectar of the Locks. It truly nourishes and rejuvenates parched hair follicles and gives them strength back. I bought a small one a couple of months ago, and savoured it as much as I could, as the nearest Lush is in Westfield, and nobody got time to go in for just one thing! It's got a very strong scent of honey, it's tempting to put it on your toast but please don't!
Lush American Cream Conditioner smells absolutely divine. When paired with the Honey shampoo, this conditioner comes into its own. Packed with Honey Water and Vanilla, it smells like a milkshake in a bottle for your hair. I've found that when I've used this, not only does my hair feel visibly softer and thicker, it looks it too. They didn't have the larger size in this at the shop, so I ended up buying two small ones.
I'd seen this Nivea In-Shower Moisturiser advertised on TV, and since I'm incredibly lazy when it comes to moisturising, I thought I'd pick this up when I popped into Boots. I chose the Normal one and I'm so glad it's so big because I'm inevitably going to have to share this with Mr T.
I've tried it for a couple of days, and this is absolutely perfect for when you're in a rush in the morning and need to get out the door fast! You just slather a good layer on, wash off and then do a mad dash out the door. Just remember to put your clothes on before you do! I'm looking forward to trying out the firming one next time.
