I've been using the Garnier Body Oil Beauty Extra Dry Restoring Lotion & Dry Skin Nourishing Scrub for about 2 months now, which I think is amazing considering this is my second purchase. I was nearly heartbroken when I couldn't find it in my local Superdrug until I managed to spy it hidden away.
Anyone who hates body lotions or scrubs needs to at least try these two out. Here's why.
Garnier Dry Skin Nourishing Scrub
The scrub has very finely milled beads, and doesn't sting or scratch the skin which I absolutely hate. I've pretty much tried every scrub under the sun, and this is the only one I use religiously. A good scrub should slough off the dead skin cells, but be gentle at the same time.
The ingredients include cupuacu seeds as well as oils from Argan, Macademia, Almond & Rose. Most scrubs are kind drying on the skin, so to have not only the seeds to scrub away the skin, but also the oils to nourish the skin is brilliant, especially during really hot or cold weather. Time to let that summer skin out and not scare people!
Garnier Body Oil Beauty Dry Skin Nourishing Lotion
The body lotion also has the nourishing oils mentioned above, and is incredibly nourishing and light. It absorbs reasonably quickly and smells really pleasant and luxurious. I suffer from really dry skin mainly because I hate using body lotions because they leave me feeling sticky, especially when I'm trying to get out quickly.
This doesn't and is really easy to use. For hygiene purposes, I love the pump. I hate body lotions or even moisturisers when you have to scoop the product out, especially when you're sharing with a partner/sister or friend.
