I finished these products in December, even though this post is now in January.
Like last month's Empties & Impressions, we have a mix of products and I really hope you enjoy this!
GARNIER MICEALLER CLEANSING WATER
This is a staple in my kit, and I even did a post on how you can use micellar water to clean your makeup from your carpet.
Have I repurchased? Yep, already on my next bottle!
NYX TINTED MOISTURIZER [POST]
I reviewed this in August and whilst I initially really liked it, and I think it is a great option for a Drugstore tinted moisturiser option, I find it a little watery and not enough coverage.
Have I repurchased? No, I've just bought the Caudalie Vinoperfect Radiance Tinted Moisturizer* which is more pricey at £27.00, but I loved it when I had my facial done at Caudalie in Covent Garden, but then Sal from UmmBabyBeauty recommended a drugstore option, so I'll be putting that on my list too the next time I make a Superdrug order.
J'ADORE DIOR PERFUME
Mr T gave this to me for my birthday 2 years ago, and I only just finished it because I wanted to savour the scent of it. It's a gorgeous, light fragrance that makes you smell expensive! At nearly £50, this is very much a treat and something that would make a great gift for someone special.
Have I repurchased? No, it was a very thoughtful gift but I have 3 other perfumes to finish up, but I would buy this for a friend as a gift for sure.
CAUDALIE PREMIER CRU THE ELIXIR [POST]
I shared this in my favourite moisturisers post, and I wish I still had this, it is just so good! I got this free for a year-long subscription to Vogue Magazine, mainly because one of my ex-colleagues now works for Conde Nast, so he clued us into the special offer! Is it something I would have picked up myself? No! But, now I have used and loved it, I really want to get another one.
Have I repurchased? Not right at this moment, because I am using up the Pixi Glow tonic, and I want to try the Farsali Rose Gold elixir as a comparison, but I totally want this again. I may cave and buy this sooner, though. It is worth every penny!
TAMESE&JACKSON LIME AND REYHAN BODY WASH [POST]
I reviewed the Halal toiletries range from Tamese & Jackson range and I absolutely loved it! It is such a lovely, fragrant line, and I am still using the shampoo and conditioner because it comes in such a HUGE tube that it will take me a long time to use up as I don't wash my hair every day.
Have I repurchased? Not right at this moment, I'm waiting till the shampoo and conditioner finish, as I want to make a purchase altogether with a new scent to try more from the range. I would totally repurchase this because it is so fragranced and lovely, the shower gel really woke me up in the morning. I feel like this is the perfect amount for travel as well for a long trip.
I hope you enjoyed reading this honest empties post! Please let me know if you have similar experiences or suggestions for products I can try.
